Honour your loved ones and keep their presence alive by adding the names on the commemorative wall located at Centro Caboto.

We support the Viva l'Italia Choir since its inception in 2010. The choir performs in events in the community such as the Evening of light Opera, Festa di Natale, senior centers in the community as well as events organized in conjunction with other groups from Ukrainian, Chinese and Polish communities. If interested in choral music why not join us? You will be glad you did.

ICFM supports and promotes the Music program of the University of Manitoba through the Evening of Light Opera (ELO) for over 23 years.

The event takes place in April of each year. It combines performances by U of M Opera Studies Program students with a great meal and it usually sells out. Watch for details on this site or social media and get your tickets early.

ICFM supports Cultural presentations that aim to expand the awareness and knowledge of Italian Culture by promoting events such as The Forum series. We also also offer support to the library at the Centre and at the Central library of the City of Winnipeg, with the purchase of books in memory of loved ones.

This project is aimed at creating a virtual book of life for your family where you can have a brief written tribute to family members of your choice. Each tribute can include a picture, or more, about the family or individual to preserve their story and their contribution to the existing community. A great way to preserve their memory and their struggles and achievements  as they established roots in a wonderful land that is Manitoba, Canada.

The culinary aspect is an important component of any community. It is a specially important part of the Italian Community and ICFM fully supports this Italian tradition with the sponsorship of the "Italian Tradition Series" where you can learn how to make delicious Italian meals from scratch, while tasting various delicious Italian wines and finish the evening savoring the fruit of your own creation.
